Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Returns
- Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Sarees with stitched blouses are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To request a return, kindly share your order number, reason, and product images via WhatsApp.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assist you with the replacement process.
Return Shipping
- Return pickup within India will be arranged by us.
- International customers are required to bear return shipping charges.
Replacements & Store Credit
Once the returned product is received and approved:
- A replacement will be provided, subject to availability.
- If unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.
- Refunds are issued only as store credit for future purchases.
Customized Products
Customized orders are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Alterations or alternate solutions may be provided wherever possible.
Product Appearance Disclaimer
Slight variations in color may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, and fabric textures. Such differences are natural and not considered defects.
